This information notice has been prepared by Sarıtay Bilişim A.Ş, acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL") and the Communiqué on Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal grounds, the method of collection, the recipients, and your rights under the PDPL.

We do not have absolute control over the information you provide in your resumes or on the websites that facilitate your contact with us. We advise you not to share any personal data or sensitive personal data with our company that you do not wish us to know.
  1. Which Personal Data Do We Process?
    • Your name, surname, email address, mobile phone number
    • Information regarding your health (such as disability status) if included in your resume
    • Your educational background, certificate and diploma information, expertise, foreign language skills, information about your abilities, seminar and course participation details, computer skills, examination results
    • Information about your work experiences (e.g., sectors, companies, positions, responsibilities, salary)
    • Your photograph
    • Information about your hobbies
    • Military service status
    • Reference information (name, surname, title, workplace, contact information) of individuals you provided as references
    • Other information that you voluntarily include in your resume but that we cannot anticipate

    These data are processed in accordance with the PDPL.

    Your data will be stored by Sarıtay Bilişim A.Ş for up to 3 months if your job application is not approved, and up to 1 year if it is approved, starting from the date of your departure from the company.

  2. For Which Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?
  3. The personal data mentioned above are processed for the following purposes related to the performance of this Employment Agreement, which is provided for the employment service we offer to you:
    • Management of your job application process
    • Communication with you
    • Determination of whether you have the necessary qualifications for the position we propose to you
    • Contacting individuals we can refer to for information about you and assessing your suitability for the job
    • Determination of your position preference, salary expectations, eligibility to work in other positions, and starting date for the proposed position
    • Determination of your age suitability for the proposed position and compliance with the Regulation on Procedures and Principles for the Employment of Children and Young Workers
    • Ease of recall by our relevant department when you attend an interview,
    • Contacting the job applicant and preparation of personnel files in case of acceptance for employment
    • Determination of any circumstances that may interrupt your work during the employment contract and compliance with article 75 of Askeri Ceza Kanunu No. 1632.

  4. How Do We Process Your Personal Data and What Are the Legal Grounds?

The personal data in question are processed by automatic (e.g., being sent to our system automatically via the internet) or non-automatic means (e.g., taking note of information you provide over the phone) based on the legal grounds of (i) "being necessary for the fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligation" and (ii) "being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject," as stated in Article 5 of the Law.

  6. To Whom and for Which Purposes Do We Disclose Your Personal Data?
  7. With your explicit consent, your personal data may be transferred to our group companies for the purposes of carrying out human resources activities and evaluating your job application for employment within other group companies, as well as to resolve legal disputes or, when required
