your contact with us. We advise you not to share any

A.Ş for up to 3 months if your job application
is not approved, and up to 1 year if it is approved,
starting from the date of your departure from the
company.

How Do We Process Your Personal Data and What Are
the Legal Grounds?
The personal data in question are processed by automatic
(e.g., being sent to our system automatically via the
internet) or non-automatic means (e.g., taking note of
information you provide over the phone) based on the
legal grounds of (i) "being necessary for the
fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligation"
and (ii) "being necessary for the legitimate interests
of the data controller, provided that it does not harm
the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data
