Winter Internship ’24
During the Winter Internship of 2024, 17 students participated in an immersive learning program, guided by 5 mentors and structured around 3 challenging projects. The internship followed the Scrum methodology, giving participants the chance to experience agile workflows and continuous improvement cycles. Students worked in teams, shared responsibilities, and learned how to adapt quickly while delivering real value.
The projects from this session included: Battleship, Sarıtay HR, and JTL Plugin — combining both technical complexity and creative thinking.
Participants engaged with a broad stack of technologies, including Spring Boot, Java, React, Azure Authentication, PostgreSQL, and Azure KeyVault . Some teams also explored Raspberry Pi, PHP, Laravel, Angular, TypeScript and MongoDB , which allowed them to experiment with both web and hardware integrations.
In addition to the development teams, the program also hosted 2 long-term management students, who focused on project coordination, communication, and strategic support, ensuring a stronger bridge between technical execution and organizational goals.
